My daughter and I made the trip to Metamora just to go to the gem mine. The 3 hour trip down was well worth our time!!! I got the Family Treasure bucket, my daughter got the Big Kahuana and the fossil bucket. We had so much fun! The description for the the bucket says 3 pounds of gems… I got more like 8-10 pounds!!!
We will definitely be going back with our significant others!!!
We were treated awesome. The customer service is over the top. We were there the weekend after their website was hacked, they were still absolutely awesome! We sat and chatted with one of the owners, she was the sweetest, even though we knew she had to be stressed about being hacked just a few days earlier.
